Before Nokia N9 launches here in Philippines it is already a good step to know on what internet plan you will have on it if ever you will get or receive one. This is Ask Jade edition is for prepaid guide because mostly those who will get the Nokia N9 on postpaid plans will have a great chance to pick an internet plan bundled with their subscriptions.
So what’s the best prepaid plan for Nokia N9?
Ans: SMART Always On
Why?
It has the widest prepaid consumable plan choices and I think it would perfectly suit to Nokia N9 users. Also the consistency of SMART network signal level is better compare to other network like Globe for 3G (HSPA), 2.5G (EDGE), and 2G (GPRS) areas, and these are all based on my experiences for rural and urban areas.

The Nokia N9 features a live social network feeds right in your homescreen. The weather app (accuweather) is also integrated on it and in order to access your social hubs and download these updates you will be needing a consistent connection. I have not tried accessing the social hubs or downloading updates on my Nokia N9 via 2G – 2.5G connection but I’m sure these range of internet connection will handle it. But for other apps like email and maps, 3G is really a must and that is not a problem with SMART coverage. Tried and tested in Manila and until here in Bacolod City and Bago City (my hometown at semi-urban).
On the volume, I always subscribed to Always On 300 with 250MB consumable data for 30days and this is a perfect plan for me. Not so expensive yet with high consumable data loaded. In my Nokia N8, I can’t even consume 250MB in a month, my max is 180MB which constituted from foursquare, email, web browsing, tweeting and lots of twipic sharing.
This prepaid plan will work too if you have unlock Apple iPhone (4S/4/3G), Samsung Galaxy S2, BlackBerry Bold range and other devices.
So what are your other picks for Prepaid internet plan on your Nokia N9 and other devices?

in iloilo what is the best internet connection
I haven’t tried the connection there in Iloilo. But for mobile 3G use, try Smart. I’m sure they got the largest coverage there especially on sub-rural areas to urban.
