Nokia Lumia Series – Nokia 800 and Nokia 710 Running On Windows Phone Mango Heading to Philippines

Yesterday at Nokia World event in London, Nokia unveiled the lineup of Lumia series. This includes two models running on Windows Phone 7 with the latest version of 7.5 or Mango injected. The Nokia 800 and Nokia 710 are the first Nokia Windows Phone product in this series.

Nokia Lumia 710

The Lumia 710 is the most affordable Nokia Windows Phone. Inside it features a 1.4GHz Qualcomm processor, a 512MB RAM, an 8GB Internal storage, and with a dedicated graphics. The front sports a 3.7″ capacitive touchscreen while a 5MP camera on the back. The Nokia 710 is an affordable Nokia smartphone designed to suit in many flavors as it has an easy swap colorful back covers.

Nokia Lumia 800

The Nokia Lumia 800 is the dubbed to be the ‘first real windows phone’ said by Nokia CEO, Stephen Elop. The has similar design to Nokia N9 which is constructed in premium polycarbonate uni-body. The front of it has 3.7″ curved AMOLED CBD display and integrated with Windows Phone touch keys, unlike the physical one on the Nokia 710, and so it is not front-button-free like the Nokia N9. The Nokia 800 sports the same camera as Nokia N9 with 8MP sensor and Carl Zeiss optics, and bundled with dual LED. Both Nokia 710 and 800 can capture HD videos at 30fps. And not to forget, the innards of Nokia 800 are similar to Nokia 710 with 1.4GHz, 512MB RAM, GPU, but larger storage of 16GB.
