UPDATE (21/12/2011): SE Russia confirmed that Xperia Ray, Xperia Arc S, and Xperia Neo V will receive the update of Ice Cream Sandwich on March 2012 followed by other devices ’til April.
Couple of weeks ago, Sony Ericsson released the lists of the Xperia line up that will be receiving the update of the Android Ice Cream Sandwich. All phones they released this year year will be compatible for the update. See lists below.

The same goes to the Korean company, LG. They also released the initial (model*) and final candidates for the Android 4.0 upgrade.

Both LG and Sony Ericsson will announce the availability of the Android 4.0 update on December 2011.
