Nokia recently released Nokia Car Mode application to all Nokia Symbian Belle users supporting vehicles with infotainment system (touchy dashboard). So if you got both the Nokia device and the infotainment system you will be able then to enjoy the glory of the Car Mode app.
The Nokia Car App gives you control of your phone through your car’s infotainment dashboard. By this app, it makes you less distracted and gives more enjoyment to drivers and passengers of the car while on the road. Supported applications are voice call, music, and Nokia Maps with turn-by-turn navigation & Drive controls. There is also a version of Nokia Car Mode with Mirrolink and this expands the tasks you can do in your car’s system like from running other applications and so on.
Nokia Car Mode for Belle is free and later on Nokia N9 (MeeGo) version will be out too. While Nokia Car Mode with Mirrorlink costs at around $26 or 500Php in Philippines Peso.
