The Sony Xperia S, first Sony Xperia (without Ericsson), is definitely one of the sexiest Android out there and it will boast a new iconic design from the company. Aside from that industrial design, Sony have mentioned that Xperia S will also feature anti-stain coating (UV) and a fast-charg battery.
Anti-stain coating works by repelling dirt that attaches to your Xperia S when you exposed it on sunlight for a few seconds. That means cleaning your Xperia S will be easy when your under the sunlight. And the fast charging battery on Xperia S lets you save a lot of time when charging the device. Sony said the charging time will be almost 2x faster compared to current Xperia devices a ballpark figure has been given of 10minutes of charge for 1 hour standby time.
Meanwhile, if you’ve noticed on Xperia S design, it has a transparent belt below its screen and where the soft keys located are. According to Sony, the illuminating transparent belt will enable you to see your notifications from any angle from anywhere in the room. See the close up shot below:
